Real-Time Information & Blue: The Transit Store Services Restored

UPDATE: Real-time arrival information is now available for most buses. Additionally, we have resumed accepting payments at Blue: The Transit Store. 

Please note that it may take several hours for all buses to resume providing accurate location and real-time arrival information. In the meantime, please visit bigbluebus.com for scheduled bus arrival times, or use a third-party mobile app, such as Transit or Google Maps.

To buy or reload Stored Value and Big Blue Bus passes on TAP, please call 1-866-TAPTOGO, use a ticket vending machine at any Metro Rail station, download the TAP app, or visit a nearby TAP vendor.
