Big Blue Bus can accommodate alternative accessible formats upon request (i.e. Braille, large print, audio description for multi-media, etc.). Rights to Appeal

If the request for reconsideration is denied, the Complainant may appeal the Administrative Services Officer’s response to the Complaint by submitting a written appeal to the Director, Department of Transportation of the City of Santa Monica, no later than 10 calendar days after receipt of the Administrative Services Officer’s written decision rejecting reconsideration.
