• Route 6: Not in service during the summer from 6/12 - 8/25


    Route 6 will not be in service during the summer beginning Wednesday, June 12 and will resume service on Monday, August 26.


    Route 7 & Rapid 7: Stop on eastbound Pico Blvd. at 28th St. back in service!


    Effective immediately, the Route 7 and Rapid 7 will resume regular service at the stop on eastbound Pico Blvd. at 28th St. (before the intersection).

     

    Please note: The Rapid 7 temporary stop on eastbound Pico Blvd. at 26th St. will no longer be serviced. 



    Nightly Closure: 5/20 Colorado Ave. closure between 5th St. & 6th St. (Santa Monica)


    Due to Expo Line construction, Colorado Ave. will be closed nightly between 5th St. and 6th St. beginning Monday, May 20 until approximately Friday, May 31 from 9pm – 6am. This closure will not impact Route 5 trips, and 5th St. and 6th St. will remain open.


    Rapid 10: Bus stop relocation on Olive St. at 9th St. (Downtown LA)


    Due to ongoing construction, the eastbound stop on Olive St. at 9th St. (after the intersection) will be relocated to Olive St. at 8th St. (before the intersection) until further notice.



    Route 2: Westbound stop on Wilshire Blvd. at Berkeley St. temporarily closed


    The Route 2 stop on westbound Wilshire Blvd. at Berkeley St. will be temporarily closed until 7/29/13 due to construction. Riders can board/disembark on Wilshire Blvd. at Carmelina Ave. or Wilshire Blvd. at Yale St.


    Route 12: Relocation of eastbound stop on Venice at Robertson (Culver City)


    Effective immediately, the Route 12 eastbound stop on Venice Blvd. at Robertson Blvd. (in front of Del Taco) has been moved east of the intersection. This change is due to Expo Line construction and will be effective until further notice.


    Route 1: Temporary stop closure on Main St. at Windward Ave. (Venice)


    Buses will not serve the stop on Windward Ave. at Main St. (outside of the Post Office) due to sidewalk and lane closures. Instead, riders can board/disembark on Main St. at Market St. This temporary stop closure will be in effect daily from 9:00am to 3:30pm until approximately July 15, 2013.


    Route 9: Temporary detour at Sunset Blvd. and Marquez Ave. (Pacific Palisades)


    Route 9 will be on detour beginning Friday, March 8 per LADOT instruction.  

      

    Going towards Pacific Palisades 

    There will be no service to stops on: 

    • Westbound Sunset at Marquez (Baylor) 
    • Westbound Sunset at Livorno 
    • Westbound Sunset at Arno Way 
    • Westbound Sunset at Salerno 

     

    Going towards Santa Monica 

    All stops will be in service.

    Route 5: Stop change westbound Colorado Ave. at 4th St.


    The Route 5 stop on westbound Colorado Ave. at 4th St. (outside of Bank of the West) has been removed due to construction. Riders heading towards downtown Santa Monica should use the following closest alternate stops:  

    • Colorado Ave. westbound at Lincoln Blvd.  
    • 4th St. northbound at Santa Monica Blvd.  


    Route 12: Temporary stop closure at National & Manning


    Route 12 stop (westbound) temporarily closed at National and Manning (until further notice) due to Expo Line construction. 


    Route 7: Bus stop closure at Pico Blvd. & Purdue Ave.


    The westbound Route 7 bus stop on Pico Blvd. at Purdue Ave. will be closed nightly from 9pm-6am and the eastbound stop on Pico Blvd. at Purdue Ave. has been closed.

     

    Please use alternate stops: Pico Blvd. at Sawtelle Blvd. or Pico Blvd. at Federal Ave. The closure is due to utility relocations for the Expo 2 light rail project and will be effective until further notice.
